New Global Tracking Framework shows that more action is needed to meet energy goals by 2030

News
The Global Tracking Framework (GTF) is well-established as a global dashboard documenting progress towards the three Sustainable Energy for All objectives for 2030: universal access to modern energy services, doubling the rate of improvement of energy efficiency, and doubling the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix. This third edition of the GTF provides an update on progress from 2012 to 2014, drawing from official national level data, and providing analysis at the regional and global levels. It is a product of the SEforALL Knowledge Hub, co-led by the IEA and World Bank with a consortium of partners including the UN Regional Economic Commissions.
