SEforALL represented at COP 20 in Lima - Save the date

Sustainable Energy for All will host three events on the margins of the UN Climate Change Conference 2014 (COP 20) in Lima, Peru:  

1. 'Energy Efficiency in Latin America and the Caribbean in the Climate Change Context', on 10 December from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Energy Pavilion, Voices for Climate;
2. 'Access to Cleaner Energy in Latin America and the Caribbean for Social, Economic, and Environmental Benefits', on 10 December from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Energy Pavilion, Voices for Climate; and
3. an event officially announcing the participation of the city of Lima in the Global Energy Efficiency Accelerator platform, on 11 December from 14:00 to 16:00 at the Sustainable Cities Pavilion, Voices for Climate.

COP 20 -- the 20th session of the Conference of the Parties and the 10th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol -- is taking place in Lima from 1 to 12 December. Although SEforALL is not directly engaged in negotiations on the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and is not dedicated solely to combating climate change, its activities on energy efficiency and renewable energy directly support the goals of the Convention.
