Head, Energy Transition Planning and Energy Efficiency
Alvin has 18 years of experience in Clean Energy technology deployment and policy making. Alvin started his career with Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Government of India and subsequently worked and led a wide range of technical assistance programs of Governments in Asia with UNEP, UNDP, TERI and Asian Institute of Technology. Alvin is currently leading SEforALL’s global work on Energy Planning and Energy Efficiency and support developing countries towards universal energy access, tripling renewable energy and doubling energy efficiency. He is leading SEforALL’s technical assistance program on energy transition pathways, planning, investment and subsequent policy and regulatory advisory for large scale clean energy technology adoption.
