Energy Compact Progress

SEforALL supported the development of a Compact Progress Tracking tool that has been shared with M300 country monitoring units.  SEforALL is responsible for coordinating training to country teams on how to use the tool, collating and developing Compact Progress Reports, designed to track delivery against these commitments, providing a transparent assessment of how countries are advancing toward their compact targets.

Compact Implementation Support

SEforALL is actively supporting the development of Mission 300 Compact Implementation Support Documents, enabling the translation of high-impact, government-identified National Energy Compact priorities into actions that can accelerate energy access, with the endorsement of The World Bank Group and the African Development Bank. This work has been completed in Nigeria, Tanzania, Zambia, and Madagascar.

Through our in-house expertise in Integrated Energy Access Planning (IEP), we are providing targeted technical assistance to Compact Delivery and Monitoring Units (CDMUs), aimed at accelerating the achievement of energy access goals and enabling countries to develop sustainable energy markets that attract investment—particularly in electrification, clean cooking and agricultural cold chains.

Compact Implementation Support Workshops

In June and July 2025, SEforALL, in collaboration with the World Bank, the African Development Bank, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Global Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) and host country governments convened four in-country workshops in Tanzania, Madagascar, Zambia and Nigeria to socialize the findings with the implementing agencies and CDMUs.

These workshops were a critical feedback platform for implementing agencies and CDMUs, that focused on refining the Compact Implementation Support document and ensuring alignment with government priorities ahead of broader rollout.
