The Just and Inclusive Energy Transition (JIET) Compact was launched to elevate equity, human rights, decent work, and inclusive governance as core pillars of the global energy transition, anchored in the 10 principles endorsed by G20 Energy Ministers. Since its launch, JIET has seen growing momentum, with governments, international organizations, and non-state actors signing on to advance people-centered energy transition pathways.

While the principles provide a shared foundation, signatories navigate operational queries including how to embed inclusion into technical energy decision-making, align investment with equitable outcomes, and translate high-level commitments into concrete action. This virtual webinar provides an opportunity to bring together JIET signatories and the broader community to spotlight early implementation experiences, share practical insights, and advance collective learning on what it takes to deliver just and inclusive energy transitions at scale.
