Linkin Park supporting Sustainable Energy for All

  Today Linkin Park renewed their commitment to the cause of the Sustainable Energy for All Initiative. Linkin Park and Music for Relief launched Power the World back in November 2011 by asking supporters to donate to provide solar powered light bulbs to families in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Power the World operates under the umbrella of the band's Music for Relief non-profit organization. The ongoing campaign accelerates Linkin Park's commitment to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon's Sustainable Energy for All initiative. The initiative aims to ensure universal access to modern energy services, to double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency, and to double the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix by 2030.   For more information visit www.powertheworld.org
