The Botswana Clean Technology and Manufacturing Policy & Investment Guide, which complements the Botswana National Renewable Energy and Power Sector Plan, aims to provide government, industry and investors with a holistic view of the opportunities to develop local value chains for energy transition technologies to cater to the domestic and regional markets, as well as key policy measures in place in the country to attract investments into the sector. This links directly to the Government's focus on economic diversification through policies and programmes such as the Botswana Economic Transformation Programme and the National Development Plan 12.
