Organizational Policies

Whistleblowing Policy

This policy provides guidance on how to raise concerns about malpractice in the conduct of individuals within and those representing SEforALL. The policy aims to ensure that if an individual wants to raise any serious concerns, they can do so with confidence.

Safeguarding Policy

Safeguarding is the responsibility of SEforALL to ensure that the organisation’s staff, consultants, interns, secondees, volunteers, vendors, partner organisations, and its operations and programmes do no harm to children, young people or vulnerable adults.

Anti-Corruption, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Fraud Policy

Tackling corruption, bribery and fraud are key elements of our accountability to the partners, people and communities SEforALL exists to serve, the donors who entrust us with funds, and to each other.

Anti-Terrorism Policy

SEforALL recognises that there may be a risk of its funding being diverted by staff, contractors, service providers and others to finance or support terrorist activities. We have developed this policy to ensure that the organisation is consistent in its approach and commitment to anti-terrorism activities.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

This policy aims to facilitate compliance with Anti-Money Laundering practices and legislation and includes internal procedures and integrity guidelines that staff must follow on how to identify, assess and respond to money laundering risks in SEforALL’s activities.
