Registration

All registrations for the 2022 SEforALL Forum must be submitted through the official online registration form.

Registration fee: USD 200 (for in-person registration only). To encourage the broadest participation in the Forum and to improve the overall experience for participants, SEforALL has adjusted the registration fees to make the Forum as accessible as possible.

To participate in the 2022 SEforALL Forum, delegates can choose between two registration formats:

In-person + online Forum registration includes:

  • In-person access to all Forum sessions, including plenaries with high-profile speakers, deep-dive discussions, and partner working sessions, which provide an opportunity to interact with leading organizations and figures. Access to the SDG7 Global Exhibit Hall, the B2B matchmaking platform, two daily networking coffee breaks, and lunches are also included.
  • Online access to all Forum sessions, including plenaries, deep-dive discussions, pre-conference activities streamed live on the SEforALL virtual platform, session recordings and on-demand content, the virtual exhibition, and the B2B matchmaking platform before, during, and after the conference.

Online registration includes:

  • Online access to all Forum sessions, including plenaries, deep-dive discussions, pre-conference activities streamed live on the SEforALL virtual platform, session recordings and on-demand content, the virtual exhibition, and the B2B matchmaking platform before, during, and after the conference.

Complimentary Registration for :

YOUTH: Due to the Forum’s overall capacity constraints and the impressive number of youth who have already committed to attending in Kigali, youth registration to attend the Forum in-person is now closed.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: no registration fee will apply to representatives of accredited non-profit organizations. Direct registration here.

MEDIA: no registration fee will apply to accredited media representatives. Direct registration here.

The registration form includes mandatory requirements for all members of the crew and not only the team/crew leader. All submitted credentials will be thoroughly checked and verified by the SEforALL Forum Secretariat and additional credentials may be requested by the host country before accreditation is approved. Your registration will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the above-mentioned credentials. As the number of media registrations is limited, the SEforALL Forum Secretariat reserves the right to refuse applications. Once you receive confirmation of registration from SEforALL, please follow the rules and regulations of the Rwanda broadcasting cooperation. Is funding available to help with travel/accommodation costs?

Delegates' travel is not supported, if any travel sponsorship becomes available, SEforALL will help to facilitate.

Registration at the Venue

Event sign-in will be open as per the following:

  • Monday, 16 May: 09:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday, 17 May: 07:00-18:00
  • Wednesday, 18 May: 07:00-17:00
  • Thursday, 19 May: 07:00-13:00

Change of registration format

The 2022 SEforALL Forum allows you to change your registration to virtual or in-person plus virtual as follows:

  • If there is a change from in-person plus virtual registration to virtual registration, the difference will be refunded free of charge until 1 May 2022. After this date, all refunds are subject to a USD 25 handling fee.
  • If there is a change from virtual registration to in-person plus virtual registration, the difference will be charged.

Forum format change

Should SEforALL change the Forum format to fully virtual, all in-person plus virtual registrations will be converted to virtual registrations and the difference refunded.
