Yumkella: We are failing against Ebola

CNN's Becky Anderson spoke to U.N. Under Secretary-General for Sustainable Energy, Kandeh Yumkella. His remit as an international diplomat doesn't usually include public health issues. But he's from Sierra Leone and he's very concerned about the pace of the international response to the Ebola epidemic which is quickly becoming a global crisis.
