Join us and support energy efforts that create positive impacts for people and planet. And spread the word with our “UnSelfie” challenge.

Last year on Giving Tuesday, people came together to raise more than USD 2.7 billion to support the causes they care about. 

This year, you can participate in #GivingTuesday by supporting efforts to bring affordable, clean energy to everyone globally, something that is critical to saving the planet and reducing inequality. 

Here are four different energy causes we work on that you can help support:

These are the steps:

  1. Make your contribution by donating now to the above causes. 
     
  2. Choose the template below for the cause you would like to support the most, download and print it. You can also create your own if you wish. 
     
  3. Write your personal message in the blank space, in order to inspire others.  
     
  4. Take an "UnSelfie" (think: unselfish) while holding the template with your unique message. 
     
  5. Upload it to your personal social media page(s) on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Use the hashtags #SEforALL and #GivingTuesday 

Protecting people from extreme heat

On a warming planet, access to sustainable cooling is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Our Cooling for All programme advocates for greater action on sustainable cooling and develops evidence, partnerships, policy, and tools to make that action possible

Only 32 percent of energy sector employees are women. Our Women and Youth at the Forefront programme aims to expand opportunities for women in the energy workforce, fostering a next generation of female energy leaders.
